Charter for the management of your personal data 

By filling in the form on this site, you consent to the processing of personal information about you and authorize Haulotte Group SA, as data controller, to collect and process personal information about you in its database, namely, your surname, first names, home address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address, place of birth, qualifications, age, training, professional experience, diplomas, distinctions, interview reports, other resume data, and personal data that you provide voluntarily as part of your application (data relating to professional/behavioral/personal skills, data from professional certificates/training documents, data relating to references, place of work, financial data, social media accounts, image, results of psycho-aptitude tests).


Haulotte Group hereby informs you that it may also add to your profile information concerning you, namely information collected (i) during its exchanges with you, whether in writing, by telephone or during physical interviews and (ii) from professional social networks or from any public information source, when this information is useful for the management of your application. 

This information is processed for the purpose of managing your application (organizing and conducting interviews, evaluating your application, skills, qualifications, your interests in relation to the position for which you have applied, selection and recruitment). Your data may also be included in a resume database, which will enable Haulotte Group to offer you other job opportunities, where appropriate.

 

To make external and internal recruitment easier, Haulotte Group uses DigitalRecruiters software, published by Cegid HR Talent Acquisition, to advertise job offers, collect applications and manage them.

 

Haulotte Group is responsible for processing the personal data provided and Cegid HR Talent Acquisition is acting as a subcontractor. 

 

Given its purpose, which consists of processing the personal data of applicants responding to job offers and the integration of data on applicants within Haulotte Group's, the processing of your personal data is required to pursue Haulotte Group's legitimate interests, namely the management of its recruitment processes, as well as the performance of pre-contractual measures that may exist between Haulotte Group and applicants responding to its job offers.

 
This data is stored in France and will be forwarded /accessed to/by the people in charge of recruitment at Haulotte Subsidiaries to enable them to consider your application. Haulotte Group SA may have read access to the data transmitted.


Answers to fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and failure to do so may affect the processing of your application. In other cases, they are optional and have no bearing on the examination of your application.

By accepting the conditions of this Charter, you authorize Haulotte Argès and Haulotte Group to communicate, where appropriate, your personal data to other companies in the group, including those that may be located outside the European Union, for the purposes of managing your application and enriching its CV library. Haulotte Group declares that it has taken the necessary measures to control transfers outside the European Union and to protect your personal data. You may, on simple request to Haulotte Group, request full information on the data transferred, the exact recipients of the information and the means implemented to manage this transfer.

 

By filling in the form, you consent to the processing of the personal data of external candidates will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years after the last contact with our recruitment department, the notion of last contact being understood as the date on which you consented to the collection of your data. For internal candidates (candidates employed within the Haulotte Group), your data will be kept for as long as you are employed by the company.


We would like to inform you that your personal data is stored on IT systems and processed confidentially. Security and confidentiality guarantees have been taken to protect the personal data posted online.


In its capacity as a Haulotte Group subcontractor, BANKESS is authorized to access your personal data where necessary, in particular as part of its duties to administer and maintain the Company's careers site and application management tool, but may not disclose such data to its own subcontractors without the prior consent of Haulotte Group. BANKESS may be required to transmit your personal data to a legal authority upon request. 

 

You may exercise your right to object on legitimate grounds at any time, as well as your right to access, rectify and delete your personal data by writing to the following address: rgpdcompliance@haulotte.com.

 

You may contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the data controller Haulotte Group, Caroline SIMON.

 

In any event and as necessary, you have the right to submit a complaint to the CNIL, Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (www.cnil.fr) or to the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data.
