The Role :
Within our Service Department, you are the face and voice of our after-sales organization. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you play an indispensable role in our daily operations. In a warm, family-oriented environment with short lines of communication, you will work alongside dedicated colleagues to find solutions and provide customers with the best possible service.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Customer Contact and Support :
- Act as the first point of contact for customers by handling incoming phone calls and emails.
- Perform an initial diagnosis for inquiries and actively contribute to finding the best technical or logistical solutions.
- Proactively keep customers informed about the status of their requests and follow up on cases diligently.
Administration and Order Processing :
- Process customer requests and prepare quotes for spare parts.
- Manage order processing and ensure accurate administrative records in our systems.
- Inform management of key customer feedback to continuously improve our service delivery.
Planning and Coordination :
- Schedule service interventions and ensure all necessary information is correctly prepared for the technicians.
- Work closely with colleagues in sales, service, and planning to ensure a streamlined operation.
Profile
You have relevant experience in customer service, planning, administration, or service handling and possess a strong customer-oriented mindset. While you don't need to be a technician, an interest in technology is a plus; you will learn about our products step by step.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a strong asset.
- Excellent command of Dutch (written and spoken).
- Fluency in English is a must.
Soft Skills:
- Solution-oriented thinker with strong communication skills across various stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain an overview and stay organized, even during busy periods.
- Flexible attitude; you enjoy the fact that no two days are the same.
