We are looking for our HR Manager Romania, supporting both Haulotte Argeș (industrial manufacturing site) and the Haulotte Digital Support Center, covering a workforce of more than 300 employees. As a member of the Management Committee, you will influence business decisions, drive organizational transformation and contribute to people development across both industrial and digital environments.Your role
Reporting hierarchically to the Plant Director and functionally to the Group HR Director, you will:
✅Support business performance and operational objectives through effective people management.
✅Advise managers on organizational, leadership and people-related matters.
✅Experience managing social dialogue and building trusted relationships with employee representatives & trade unions.
✅ Lead workforce planning, organizational development and change management initiatives
✅ Drive talent acquisition, development and succession planning
✅Manage employee relations and ensuring compliance with Romanian labour legislation.
✅Contribute to employee engagement, learning and performance management initiatives
✅ Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team 4 direct reports (Payroll, Communication, Training, Health, Safety & Environment)
✅ Ensure implementation of Group HR policies and standards
