We are looking for our HR Manager Romania, supporting both Haulotte Argeș (industrial manufacturing site) and the Haulotte Digital Support Center, covering a workforce of more than 300 employees. As a member of the Management Committee, you will influence business decisions, drive organizational transformation and contribute to people development across both industrial and digital environments.
Profile
✔ What you bring
- Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of labour law and employee relations
- Proven experience supporting organizational change and transformation
- Leadership, pragmatism and strong communication skills
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory
- French is a strong advantage
